NO, not at all. You pay only once. The final package price includes one-time activation and processing fee and fee for the products. No further monthly fees or other charges.

In the case of Master Resale Right products, NO, however there are some products that offer you the opportunity to rebrand the product into your own company name. Please see the "read me" file that comes with your purchase for special rights to the item that you purchase.

Private Label Right products provide you with NO RESTRICTIONS therefore you can claim authorship and alter in any way you'd like.

Some of the software and scripts come with the sources code, therefore may be altered.

Once you have completed the payment and it has been approved by the payment processing company, you will be email you download links. This is an automated process so you should receive them very soon after completing your payment. The files that you download are in ZIP format created by WinZip software. 

Our download email is an automated delivery system.  It sends out the download links once the payment has been completed to the email address that you provide.

What might have happened is that your email service provider has seen this (automated) email as possible spam and redirected it on your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder.

In most cases you can correct this setting in your email client.

This is rare, but occasionally does happen. Just reply to your confirmation email that had your original download links in it and we will reactivate your download for you! Or login to your account and your can download your files up to 3 more times.

Yes. You will have 30 days FULL money-back guarantee for the products cost. Of course, in case of return you will lose all resell rights. There are exceptions to the refund policy, for instance first time orders for multiple products will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
